What is your cancellation policy?
Appointment times are valuable! We understand that both your time and our time is important. Please respect our cancellation policy and make sure that you cancel ahead of time if needed!
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.00.
What do I do if I'm running late to my appointment?
Please let us know immediately if you are going to be late to your appointment by texting, calling, or emailing us! We have a 10 minute grace period for all appointments, if you are going to be later than this, you may have to reschedule.
I’m getting married! When should I come in for my services?
Please book your treatment one month prior and for facials or hydrofacials schedule at least 2 weeks before the big day!
BRUISING
Bruising, or ecchymosis in medical terminology, is the result of blood showing under the skin after a trauma. In aesthetics this is usually caused by a needle damaging a small blood vessel. We have a vast supply of small and large blood vessels in the face, so bruising can occur any time needle to skin occurs, even with Botox.
Understand there is always risk of bruising which can come in minor, mild, moderate, or severe. We do recommend that all bruises be at a minimum evaluated by photo or in person to make sure there is no other complications going on. 99.9% of the time, bruising will resolve without any intervention between 1 day and 14 days.

Typically points will show up in the account in 2-5 business days at which time they may be redeemable for certain products or procedures.
Points can expire based on your “level” of rewards. Some levels do not have any expiration associated with them.
