Refund policy

 

Our return policy is 14 days from when you receive your product(s). Unused products will receive a refund within that time frame. For products that are minimally used, we accept returns for store credit within 14 days of receipt. Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer will receive store credit. Gift cards are final sale. Please contact your local shop for an in-person return, and reach out to sunmijames@gmail.com for eligible online returns and we'll email you a prepaid return label.

 

All services rendered at SunMi James Aesthetics are non-refundable. Results may vary by individual and are not guaranteed. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with outcomes if the treatment was performed in accordance with standard medical and aesthetic protocols.

Prepaid packages and memberships are non-refundable once partially used. In limited cases—such as verified medical contraindications—management may, at its discretion, offer a credit or transfer of unused services.
